🇮🇹 My visit to Milan was productive and exciting, organized by my amazing partner Mattia Conte, CEO of Notomia, who introduced me to his talented and extraordinary friends and partners, with whom I look forward to work.
I met Manuela Ronchi CEO of Action Agency in her breathtaking home, for a heart to heart discussion, later met Stefano Pagani of Dentsu Creative to reflect on #AdTech in PR and creative.✔
Had the pleasure of receiving a signed book by author Gianfranco Minutolo and brainstormed with Pietro Marini- Head of Innovation at Deltatre, as well as conducting a mentoring session to startuppers.
My visit included leisure time in Langhe, visiting some of it’s amazing vineyards and pleasures, tasting Barolo wine and delicatessens.
👏🏻 Special thanks to my dear Bro Mattia Conte for making my visit a spectacular one as well as to Jenny Daniela Salazar Zapata and my partner in crime Ornela Ramasauskaite, for empowering the potential of every opportunity.
From Zero To Kickass Startup 2023
✴️Meeting some of Milan’s startup ecosystem was delightful and intriguing for me.
While getting the audience to open up proved somewhat of a challenging, it was soon clear that startuppers are wired differently and not different than others worldwide.🌎
💢Main takeaways I’ve shared:
• Startups are about action and delivery, more than intentions
• Startuppers should push up and forward, freeing their imagination to go wild
• Accelerators are essential for early stage entrepreneurs but are not an insurance policy for success
• Motivation should come from with in but should be supported by a reliable ecosystem
• Sharing is caring, resources, mentors, customers and investors

🔊 Every Corporate needs an ecosystem to flourish and innovate.
As said before, “I see ecosystems worldwide evolving. Right now, Israel is flourishing much more then Europe: Austria or Italy and, hopefully soon, Switzerland, the Baltics, some of the Nordics and the Balkans are only halfway there. The actual difference here in Israel is more to do with the “ecosystem”: academies, universities, colleges, all institutions, having the role of teaching. Then comes the tech industry itself, as a customer for the innovation, and lastly, municipalities, the government. They all have major roles.

OGR – Officine Grandi Riparazioni Torino Hub 2019
12.000 square meters of future❓
🇮🇹It was great to visit OGR – Officine Grandi Riparazioni Torino Hub and meet with COO Matteo Pessione.
📌Situated between two train stations, the Officine Grandi Riparazioni (major repair workshops for rail vehicles) now serves as a hub for collaborative creativity and a new ideas incubator focused on startups, creative industries and smart data. They call it the 12.000 square metres of future and they are right!
✅ I think an Israel-Italian Cyber Security Accelerators Program would be a smart addition.
🍱Enjoyed an exquisite Japanese dinner at Kensho Japanese restaurant, managed by Max Chiesa. I recommend to all visiting Turin to try it, especially the Wagyu Miyabi steak brought especially from Kyoto Japan.
