Catalyst for Women Entrepreneurship India 2022
⭐ Women empowerment especially in STEM as well as in startups and tech companies, is one of the topics I take time to promote and care for. Yet my personal views, controversial some might say, stem from the belief, women are responsible for their own future, education, job positions and general status.
⭐ For me everything starts at home, with the attitude towards daughters, somewhat different than sons, in pushing and motivating both towards day to day chores, but even more, the expectation we have from both. Ask yourselves, are you relating to them in the same manner, are you alert to the studies and career path they wish to take.
Do you see a problem in the choices women face? what are the holdbacks and why they exist? What can you do to change them?
🎯 I strongly believe the world can be a better place if women stand up and take position in leadership in all aspects of governance and business. But I also believe women firstly need to want to do so, and then need to act.
Its not about you and us, its you first😊

I shared hard earned experience and required skills for startupper, to better their chances of success, focusing and keeping eyes on the target. Intensions are appreciated but are worthless if not leading to action, preferably with productive outcome.
